Sadberk Hanım Museum, whose collections of over seventeen thousand objects ranging from the Neolithic Age to the Ottoman period represent many Anatolian cultures, including Byzantine, Timurid, Seljuk and Ottoman, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
This occasion is marked by an exhibition of the 339 objects purchased from abroad over 25 years since Turkey's first private museum was established. This is the first time that these objects have been shown side by side, and the exhibition is an opportunity for the museum to share with visitors its delight and pride in its pioneering role.
This catalogue presents 105 exceptional items selected from the exhibition.
